Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your MindFeeder purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping fees).
To initiate a return, email us at support@shopmindfeeder.com and we’ll provide full return instructions.
Eligibility for Returns
Your return must meet the following conditions:
- Requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Bundles must include all components.
- Items must be unused, unchewed, and in “like-new” condition.
- Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are non-refundable.
- The customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, contact us at support@shopmindfeeder.com. Banks or card issuers may require extra processing time.
Warranty Policy
All MindFeeder products include a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
To file a warranty claim, email us at support@shopmindfeeder.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Breakages during normal intended use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage from chewing, misuse, or neglect
- General wear and tear (fading, scuffs, scratches)
- Alterations or unauthorised repairs
If your item is not covered, our team may offer repair guidance or a one-time discounted replacement.
